Many clients wonder what is the different between life coaching and counseling? Counseling is for individuals struggling with mental health challenges such as depression, major anxiety and emotional trama from past experiences. Life coaching is about staying in the present and building awarness around negative thinking and behavior patterns that may be keeping you from moving forward in life.
What To Expect
During our initial meeting we wiIll assess your over all life satifaction and explore what you would like to accomplish in our time together. As our sessions progress I will help you create awarness and insight around obsticles from different areas of your life that may be keeping you emotionally "stuck." Together we develop stratagies and goals toward achieving your personal and professional asperations.

My mission as a Life Coach is to empower my clients to build resilence in the mist of lifes ups and downs by building awarness and insight into the person they are today and the person they want to become.
